NSES Starter Website – Web Presence Package

The NSES website starter package is essentially a web based leaflet from which to provide a web presence for your company and launch web based marketing, going hand in hand with existing literature. The package price includes unlimited updates to the content of the site, (within the confines of the existing design).

The site is fully designed by NSES making use of your existing marketing material, or starting from scratch, if you are a new business. The text and pictures relevant to your business will be supplied by you.

Once created, your site will be registered on your behalf with all the major search engines, helping you on your first steps of web marketing.

As a small business ourselves we appreciate cash flow can sometimes be tight, as such we have created two payment methods to help manage the cost; the lump sum and the monthly.

For businesses wishing to pay and forget there is a yearly sum of just £150. Paying this way provides a saving of £30 over paying monthly.

For businesses wishing to have budgeted monthly outgoings, the package can be paid for monthly for only £15 a month, with no setup fee. If paying monthly there is a minimum term of 12 months and must be paid for with credit or debit card.

FAQs:

Q: Unlimited Website updates are?

A: This is all the changes to the content (i.e. the text / pictures) of the website, but bound within the layout style of the original design. E.g. your address changes, you add a new service, add a new email account. This also includes changes to the auto-responder text.

Q: What are the email options?

A: As standard the package comes with 2 full function professional email accounts. These allow you to send and receive emails from your company domain i.e. john@mycompany.com. These can be accessed from the webmail interface or setup to be accessed through a mail program such as Outlook Express.

In addition the package also comes with 2 email forwarders which allow you to have addition email addresses that forward the mail they receive to email accounts of your choice. I.e. you may want to puts sales@ on your leaflets and these go to john@mycompany.com.

As an extra, 1 auto responder has also been included which enables an automated response of a pre-written email to be sent to anyone that sends an email to that address. E.g. if someone sends an email to pricelist@mycompany.com then they receive an email with all your prices in it back without any work on your part.

Q: Why is there a yearly renewal fee?

A: There is only a yearly renewal fee if paying yearly, if paying monthly you continue to pay for as long as you wish to use the service. The renewal fee allows for continued use of the service and includes the renewal of your domain name registration, hosting account, telephone numbers, email accounts and the website updates. Any extras you have added to the package will increase the renewal fee.
