NSES is able to provide various phone system solutions to businesses, but concentrating mainly on the supply of Avaya technology.

NSES sees VOIP (voice over IP) as the future of phone systems for businesses, especially with the provisioning of Virtual PBXs. This allows for the physical phone system is hosted remotely from the customer's site. The customer then only pays for the actual capacity that is being used, this no fear of the system going out of date or running out of capacity.

With VOIP being relatively new technology, NSES is in the process of testing different systems before deciding on a preferred solution partner.
