Multiples of one hour: £60.00 ex VAT per hour
Inside M25: £80.00 ex VAT per hour
If bought in block of 3 hours in advance: £50.00 ex VAT per hour
If part of remote support scheme: £50.00 ex Vat per hour

No travel expenses are charged for any site work that is carried out within a 30 mile radius of Kettering, Northants.

Remote Support Service:

Starting from just £100 exVAT per calendar month you can have the advantage of your own IT manger, with the ability to make unlimited* remote help requests to NSES from any member of your staff. The service can also be used as a general IT advice line from which to tap into NSES’s experience and knowledge. This can be most beneficial when seeking new hardware and software purchasing guidance as well as advice on what can be achieved with current technology to give your business an advantage.
When part of remote support service your business qualifies for an hourly rate of £50.00 ex VAT per hour.

Terms / Add-ons:
* Although the number of calls allowed to be made is unlimited (subject to fair use) the amount of remote support time provided cumulatively over the calendar month is capped at 3 hours. Additional time is bought in multiples of 1 hour.
